Installation-ready systems make it possible to plan the start of production
The hot half is delivered fully wired, installed and checked for proper operation – with a height-matched hot runner, but without a cavity plate. Since no extensive coordination work is required, installation errors are ruled out. This makes it possible for our customers to plan the start of production.

Parallel production saves both time and money
As mould making concentrates on the production of the ejector side and cavity plates, the overall manufacturing time of the mould can be reduced. Additional set-up expenses due to height construction reworking on the fixed nozzle side are thus eliminated. Fast mould assembly makes cost savings possible.
